Is there a preferred contact point for reporting Perl problems when
    running under OS/2?

If you think it is of general interest, post it here. Otherwise use
the address supplied in perlos2 section of documentation.

They are of general interest because other people may find the same
problems. I'm trying to figure out why I get the following test failures
when building Perl 5.8.5 from the latest stable tarball:-

Failed 10/895 test scripts, 98.88% okay. 59/85671 subtests failed,
    99.93% okay.
Failed Test Stat Wstat Total Fail Failed List of Failed
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    .../ext/IO/t/io_unix.t 29 7424 5 10 200.00% 1-5
    .../ext/Time/HiRes/t/HiRes.t 25 1 4.00% 8
    .../lib/Shell.t 1 256 7 1 14.29% 3
    lib/os2_base.t 1 256 19 1 5.26% 8
    lib/os2_ea.t 21 8 38.10% 7-11 14-16
    lib/os2_process.t 3 768 232 3 1.29% 80 85 97
    lib/os2_process_kid.t 232 3 1.29% 80 85 97
    op/magic.t 54 1 1.85% 6
    op/stat.t 78 4 5.13% 44 75-77
    op/write.t 87 32 36.78% 55-86
68 tests and 637 subtests skipped.

This build was done on a remote (LAN) drive if that is significant.

I have the individual results of all these test performed in isolation
    if required.

Any suggestions as to how to get these tests to pass would be appreciated.
