    My SeaMonkey (Mozilla suite successor) and PmW-Fx (enhanced Firefox)
    browsers will do that, if the website is set up correctly. text/plain
    (as used on the site you mention) is definitely not the correct MIME
    type to distribute SVGs. You should send the link
    to the webpage author.
