A month ago a new version of openssl has been released which fixed a secur=
ity issue (CVE-2006-4339: 5th September 2006).
In previous releases we received announcement notifications through the op=
enssl-announce mailing list.
This time I can=92t see it there. Instead I can find it within the openssl-d=
ev mailing list.
I would like to know, whether it has been sent via the openssl-dev list by=
an oversight.
It is important for our team, to get security related vulnerability notes.=

Is it OK to keep our description openssl-announce or will I have to subscr=
ibe to other lists as well=3F
