Re: openssl-0.9.8 will not compile on MinGW [u]

Mingw build was tested with Unix instructions. I personally tested it
under Cygwin with './Configure mingw [shared]; make' and there were
reports that Unix instructions work under MINGW itself too. Is it an
option? A.
