Getting the following when trying to scp from OpenSSH to Fsecure SSH

/usr/bin/ksh: scp: not found.
lost connection

full debug - which shows /usr/local/bin is not in the remote users path :

Anybody got any ideas - ssh works fine !
I suppose I'm really asking how to add /usr/local/bin to the environment
PATH in the debug above ?
