double speed using ethernet bonding?

i have server A and server B. both have intel ET dual lan cards installed and connected to a managed gigaswitch.

the download speed using wget from A to B for both single lan port is 112M/s.

When both have configured balance-rr or balance-xor or 802.3ab, the download speed is also 112M/s.

pls advise is it possible to double the speed to 200M/s ?

If I have a server that has 2 1GB Ethernet ports on it, can you use both ports to double the communication (be quicker)?Or is the 2nd port simply for making a separate connection to another device?
