I am running RH linux 2.4.20 on a machine and I see following ARP
entry

192.168.2.234 dev vli1 lladdr 00:15:e9:45:b9:2a ref 11 used
82280/82280/85913 nud reachable

I am using all default networking parameters.
Above entry is not updated since last 85913 sec but it is still marked
as reachable. I expect that it should get cleared in 60 sec
(gc_statetime).
Can someone please explain me what is going on here.
