  1. network load portable

Hi, i need to get the actual network load (Kb/s) for every interface
    in a shell script.
I searched on past threads and I have found one nice in
    comp.unix.questions, but
speaking about many programs that do more that I wants.
Does exist a simple program, portable (redhat/solaris/aix will be the
    best, more again
will be if already installed with OS), to get this information?
ifconfig, ethtool, netstat don't help me....

    Thanks in advance

insane just because you knew them until I run into Windows.
