I've man'ed, I've read, and I've experimented. Yet I cannot get Samba
shares to create files with the correct permissions. I have two W2K
machines as samba clients and a SUSE 10.1 server. I have a common
shared accessed from both W2K machines. I've manipulated smb.conf
but I still cannot get the permissions to bend to my will.

What I want on all new files/directories (and existing one as well) is

-rwxrws---

what I get is
-rwxr--r--

Here's a snipped from my sbm.conf file.

[profiles]
comment = Network Profiles Service
path = %H
read only = No
force create mode = 770
create mask = 770
store dos attributes = Yes
[users]
comment = All users
path = /home
read only = No
inherit acls = Yes
force create mode = 770
create mask = 770
veto files = /aquota.user/groups/shares/

Any help greatly appreciated.
