yeah basicly, the topic tells all.

i know i need a DSLAM, right? so how much does one cost, the only one
i could find on the net, searching for bout 2 hrs, was the Juniper
Networks ERX 750.

cmon now, there must be more than that.

When i have a that, whats the other things one needs? contracts with
the telephone company etc? Highspeed serial link to an isp? i think an
E1 line would probobly be sufficient though, that cant be too
expensive? right? Ip addresses?
