I have a client with a small (5 user) network, and I set them up with
a Belkin router/firewall - the standard home/office type.
About every other day when they get to the office, their connection is
down, and they have to restart the router.
My suspicion is that the problem is with the ISP (cbeyond), but they
claim no outages, and also say that every time we restart the Belkin,
it clears the event log on their main router for the T1 line, so they
can't help us. This last is obvious nonsense, which makes me suspect
they're lying about the outages too.

Any thoughts?
