  1. Home Office Network Routing Issue

My ISP has given me a combination dsl modem/router with four ports. It
allows for NAT, but unfortunately ONLY 10 ports can be redirected.

My needs are for more than 100 port redirections.

I have a second (linksys) router which can handle the additional
ports, however, I'm not sure how to set the network up with the ISP
issued router handling PPPoE and DCHP, while the Linksys handles port
    redirection.

On first attempt I tried putting the LINKSYS router as the DMZ for the
modem/router than redirecting from linksys to Servers. That didn't
seem to work. But it's possible the configurations were incorrect.

I welcome any thoughts on this. Thank you.

I don't know why you would need over 100 ports to be redirected.
However if you need such a device I recommend a Cisco DSL or Cable
router and setup some Access Control Lists.
