I am in a small office environment and I want to backup each user's email
box in the middle of the night. We run on a Windows 2000 server and the
clients use Windows 2000 Professional with Outlook to access their emails
that are stored in a PST file. Everyone is on the same internal subnet

If I place all of the users' PST file on the central Windows 2000 server,
would I be hogging up bandwidth on the network?

How can I measure or detect the bandwidth being used?
