Thank to David and Jon for your explanation.
I am working on this way (left unchanged the IP config and settings up some routing rules on home and office PC's ) but XP is not the best system if you need an advanced network configuration. I am making some progress.
Now I'm a novice of VPN concept, but i will learn fast ! Thanks for suggestion.
