All DOS distributions include RAMDISK.SYS or VIRTDISK.SYS. Most require
that they be installed via a DEVICE= directive in CONFIG.SYS, and thus
cannot be "mounted". The programs below can. Suggest you search Google
for a download source instead of contacting the author directly.
