When i install the Addon, I don't want users to drag and drop the
Addon to navbar or other toolbar,could anyone tell me how to add
toolbarbutton on toolbarpalette automatic?

and i know if i write the toolbarpalette like this id="nav-bar">, the toolbarbutton will add to toolbar automatic, but i
want the button place at the left site of the address bar,not the
right.

could anyone help me about this?
