notification of FF crash
I believe since version 3.0.17, although perhaps .16, frequently when
closing FF using the Exit button -- extension Exit Button Firefox -- a
window is received that FF crashed and it is sending notification to
Moz. Has anyone else been receiving this or know of a cure? (Could it
be that TB is closing at the same time and the old computer is simply
too busy to handle it?)

I use the button from the Exit Button Firefox regularly to close Firefox
and have never seen that message on exit, for what it's worth.

Hi Miles,
Care to straighten out versions and programs? FF isn't to .17 yet,
although I know TB is 2.0.0.17 if that's what you mean, but I don't know
what the two have to do with this. Whenever FF crashes the send to Moz
pops up (if Agent is turned on).

You're right, sorry. Meant FF 3.0.3, and it could have started with
that updated version. So why is it crashing when shut down with Exit?

Curious, do you have MR Tech Toolkit installed?

Sailfish mentioned it in another thread, and I had noticed that it has
been updated 3 times within a week. I'm wondering whether there were
issues...

Guess the only test for that will be for the next week to disable
Mr.Tech, close & reopen TB, then close TB again.

After writing this, I found that it was unrelated to closing TB at the
same time.

Interesting. Twice today I restarted TB and both times FF crashed.
I've never had that happen until your post Miles. I've been cursed!
