Question about Bookmark management
I am not thoroughly thrilled that Links went away and became Bookmarks
Toolbar, and I had the same experience I have read on this NG regarding
losing a buntch of bookmarks, but I expect I will live.
Question is: some folders of bookmarks have a line at the bottom which
says "open all in tabs" or similar, and some do not. I have customized
my former Links to a Good Morning folder, which I open all, to check the
weather, my bank balance, looking for a job, and social networks - fine!
How come some of the others don't have the ability to do this and/or how
do I turn it on and off. Any advice would be gratefully appreciated.

The only folder in my bookmarks menu which does not have "Open all in
tabs" at the bottom is the bookmarks toolbar. I believe it is possible
to get rid of that with the addition of certain code in the
userChrome.css file, but I have not had that fail to appear in any
folder that I created.

The only folders that don't have a "open all" in mine are folders that
are made up of only more folders. And folder that has links in it have
the open all at the bottom, even if I have to scroll down in long lists.

Huh! Well, I will have to check your comment more carefully. I just know
I don't have an open all where I would like an open all. Thanks for posting!

If you didn't do anything to remove the "Open All in Tabs" then I expect
you are looking at places bookmarks that look like folders, looking
at folders and no bookmarks, or you installed a Theme. Assuming
that you are using Tabs that is. Extensions that might possibly mess up
such things would have to have the word "Tab" or "Tabs" in their name.
