I believe you are trying to migrate filter rule that you created in
Thunderbird for Comcast.
In that case, just copy msgFilterRules.dat file from Comcast newsgroup
folder to new newsgroup folder in profile folder.

Anyway I started searching for new service and have settled on
motzarella.org for now.
Is there a way to migrate all the filters I have built from one service
to the other?
