Default Bookmark toolbar

I have ff3 installed on 2 pc's, XP SP3, Vista home premium SP1.
On the XP PC I have icons and text, however on the Vista PC I cannot
show the text. The text is only visible when my cursor passes over
the icon. Any Ideas as to why this is happening?

RIGHT click on an empty space on the toolbar
select "Customise"
at the bottom of the box that then pops up, check the dropdown menu for
Show [icons]
select [Icons and Text]
click the [Done] button
