Allow Junk Mail Controls (JMC) to filter them, then the changing
    'source' will not matter.

Unless of course you subscribed to the newsletter, then don't use JMC to
    filter it, simply unsubscribe yourself.

Here is a page that purports to unsubscribe you
    http://dailyu-news.com/

I do NOT know if the newsletter is legitimate or not
If you DID subscribe, then using the unsubscribe page is the best idea
I am not vouching for the safety of this unsubscribe link

I think he's wanting to "KILL:" them [with message filters] before the
Junk Filters even get to find it. That way they don't even show up in
this inbox. I'm interested in this too.

copy that IP and paste it into this URL (there are others)
    http://www.coolwhois.com/?d=
where it says Enter any domain or IP:www. [.........]

In this case, you get this report shown:
    http://www.coolwhois.com/d/85.31.176.210

find the lines "Report abuse to [eMail address]" and send the spam
there. If there is no abuse address, send the spam to ALL the eMail
addresses you see on the report page!

This reporting/finding URL is pretty powerful:

To be able to 'kill' something, then something has to be the same across
a series of messages. Either the subject, or the sender, or the source.
If they change, and from the description the OP gave it does, then to
    'kill' is quite difficult.

That is why JMC does much better on filtering than do most 'normal'
filters, it adjusts to the content of the message regardless of sender,
    subject or source.

If you want to go to that length, it is far easier to simply note the
denstiantion website of the spam. The site that is benefitting from the
spam. Have that closed as well

Use a filter to search for ESPADA, mark as Junk, move to Junk folder.
