He was obviously asking about the 'Forwards' button, not the 'Forward'
button

interpretation involved. They are suppossed to be 'Forward' and 'Forwards'

I switched back to the default theme. Both buttons are labelled
'Forward'. I see that you are still using the outdated
Thunderbird/1.5.0.9. You should update to the current version before
giving advice so that you advice will be valid.

No, I am NOT using 1.5.0.9 I am using Thunderbird 2.0.0.16
the misnomer in my UA comes from a time where I installed MNHNY, and I
simply havent changed it back.

Okay. I am also using Thunderbird 2.0.0.16 on Mac OS 10.5.4. None of the
themes I have installed (default, CuteBird, and Nautipolis) have a 's'
after either 'Forward' button. Check using default theme again.
