We use a fair number of custom fields. Frustratingly, we don't get the
'changed email' notices when some of the fields are changed. For example:

mysql> select * from fielddefs where name in
('cf_l3info','cf_pmr','cf_target');
+----+-----------+-------------+----------+---------+----------+------+--------+-----------+
| id | name | description | mailhead | sortkey | obsolete | type |
custom | enter_bug |
+----+-----------+-------------+----------+---------+----------+------+--------+-----------+
| 71 | cf_l3info | APAR | 1 | 7000 | 0 | 1 | 1
| 1 |
| 75 | cf_pmr | PMR | 1 | 7050 | 0 | 1 | 1
| 1 |
| 72 | cf_target | Target | 1 | 7100 | 0 | 1 | 1
| 1 |
+----+-----------+-------------+----------+---------+----------+------+--------+-----------+
3 rows in set (0.00 sec)

If someone changes the PMR field, mail goes out, but not if the change the
APAR or Target fields.

Any ideas?
