Is there a way for me to verify that all my archived and saved emails
have been "captured" as Contacts?

How do I figure out what is captured and when do I effectively only get
an email address (which is a bummer).

Is there a way to know that you've captured info that originally came in
as OE or OL mail?

Is there a way to scour your existing mail and extract contacts without
doing this by hand?
