I have the English version of FF installed with an additional Dutch
language pack. Combined with the Quick Locale Switcher extension, I can
just switch between the two language versions whenever I need to.
You can find the language packs here:

with the x.x.x.x referring to your version of FF
And QLS extension here:

I guess this could work for you as well if FF and the extension are
installed with an administrator account.
