FF2 Problem with a Web Site
FF2 under Windows XP SP2
The site is lpga.com and the Full Scoreboard link at the bottom right of
Scoreboard. (The scoreboard is only present when a tournament is going on.
This may be the last time this year.) When I try to go that link, I often
get a message saying something like, "Firefox has encountered a problem and
has to close.....". At other times, FF tries to open the link a hangs about
2/3 of the way. I have to use Task Manager to close it.
Would someone mind checking this out for me and suggesting what I might do
to correct it?
Thank you.

A follow up. I tried it once more and it worked just fine. In fact, it did
so a couple of time. But just before posting this, I tried it again and it
failed with the encountered a problem message. Go figure!

Hi,
Just tried several times using FF2 and Windows XP, does not crash or
cause any problems. The link points to an html file:
http://www.lpgascoring.com/leaderboard.html
Can only suggest that you try clearing cache/history & cookies and try
accessing the site/link again. Also try running FF in safe mode to
eliminate any extension problem.

Good point, Ian. I've not been doing my housekeeping as well as I might.
