Right click adblock in the status bar, Preferences, enter URL

The place to start is usually at the extension itself:
http://adblock.mozdev.org/
Some filter suggestions in (you can paste them in )
http://mysite.verizon.net/rick752/fi...ck_rick752.txt
the descriptive page has changed from Adblock to Adblock plus
http://mysite.verizon.net/vzeoa83f/f...ilter_list.htm
so you might want to look at archive.org to look up an earlier version.
Anyway if you haven't already added anything you can start with those
suggestions without worrying about losing anything.
