Backup 'signons.txt' and 'key3.db' file in your Thunderbird profile folder .

Open Thunderbird .
Goto Tools>Options>Advanced>general>Config Editor .
Type in filter

signon.rememberSignons

Double click on it to set it true .

Restart Thunderbird .
