  1. Trunk Builds Broken?

I can't get any trunk builds after 2007-07-04 to work. I've tried Safe
Mode and a clean re-install. Anyone else able to run latest Tb trunk on
WinXP? Or do I need a new profile? Thanks!

    Congrats!

That's the longest sig I've ever seen in a newsgroup message :-)

    See https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=387111
Although I'm not convinced, the answer is there.
If I use the "hourly" builds they run fine.

The thread runs for a week, and is about to change.

    Thanks! ;-)

    I only use it because (a) I think it's important information, and (b) I
know that good user agents (e.g., Thunderbird) remove it on replies. :-)

That seems to be the right bug. I've CC'd myself. Thanks!

Because you used the (move profile) "trick" to get it working? Anyhow,
trunk nightlies is about as bleeding edge as I care to use.

Does that link always go to the "current" weekly build summary (good),
or is there a new link for every week's summary (not so good)?

    PS. You're right, I don't like web-based forums because I consider them
to be a poor substitute for and imitation of newsgroups.

They work for me without any special tricks. Right over my existing build.
Thats why I'm doubtful that the bug will fix things. It's the same build as
the nightlies + core changes since the latest-nightly.

No, but there is an rss feed link to the latest provided by another
nightly tester. Check at the top of any of the weekly threads.
