you are a glutton for punishment!

look for the "Messagefaces" extension and you can see (some) ugly mugs
    in the message-header directly!

    reg

ps - mine is one of those "ugly mugs"

    Nir,

What is this link? Is it saying that it is possible?

  5. Re: Fancy Contacts

    that's called an avatar.

that's frequently used on newsgroup that use php. could work on HTML
email. but everyone (most everyone - not me) bitches about html. If we
believe most reports on Mozilla groups everyone is still using 28K dial
up. DSl and Cable Modems are rare. ;-)

that is an 'enhancement' bug with 'new' status and having 18 votes , which
means this feature 'most probably' will be added to TB soon.

for solution , see reg's (squaredancer) message.

Messagefaces has nothing to do with the address book.

    Er, X-Face should work, /non/?

    Or would, if Moz/SM/Tb supported it. . . .

Interestingly, you seem to b**** more about people b****ing about HTML than
people actually b**** about HTML. :-P

Comparatively, they are. Somewhat less so in Canada than in the U.S. -- and
certainly less so in the industrialised nations than in the rest of the world.

HTML mail doesn't really bother me one way or the other. I can actually
read HTML mail better provided a reasonable size font is used to create
it, Than Plain text but That's me.
