Hello:

I have strict_isolation set On and usemenuforusers
set to On.

For each of my product, I set up a group for that
product with Mandatory/Mandatory, ENTRY, CANEDIT
controls.

When I login as a user for a product and bring up
a bug in their project, the CC list shows all the
users, incluging users from other projects.

Did I misunderstand something or is this
a bug in bugzilla?
