    Make sure your cookiepath parameter is right.

    How do I set these two parameters?

    If you have really borked your install somehow, the Parameters can be
    edited by editing the /your_bugzilla_dir/data/params file. You will need
    to look up what each one means though from here. I would also suggest to
    save a backup of this file before you go about changing things in it,
    just in case something gets messed up.
