Hi,

I'm having a play with Bugzilla 2.22 and I've found a problem which
doesn't seem to be mentioned in the archives.

If I assign a new bug to someone as I create it, they will receive an
e-mail giving all the information available about that bug. However, if
I create the new bug, then reassign it to this other person, they only
get told that the AssignedTo data has changed from me to them.

Is there any way I can have Bugzilla report the full bug information via
e-mail when a bug is reassigned to a new person?
