Reassign bugs automatically

Hello,

I have a problem concerning the reassign feature in bugzilla. I want to
reassign bugs to the testing group as soon as they are processed to
RESOLVED.
I tried to edit the edit bugzilla\template\en\custom\bug\edit.html.tmpl but
at the end it doesn't work.

Is it possible to automate this step? Is it also possible to assign bug to
a "group"?
