    I was reading https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=330053#c49
    and have two simple questions:

    1) who is the legal trademark owner of "Mozilla".
    2) Can the agreement, referred to in the above link, be read somewhere
on the Internet, or is it possible to get a copy of this agreement?

This is nothing the user support newsgroup should care about. Apart from
that, the comment and the bug are old and things said there might be
    outdated.

    ask then?

This is only relevant to SeaMonkey development, so you could ask in
m.d.a.seamonkey (but there's a thread there from today that totally
changes anyways what that old bug comment said).
