The builds are coming from different machines, that's the main
difference. The official nightly is the one in the nightly directory,
which is generated by a machine at Mozilla Foundation, the unofficial
build done by my private "phlox" machine is only placed in the
tinderbox-builds directory - because it's, as stated, just an unofficial
    tinderbox build.
The contents of the builds should be pretty much the same nowadays. Back
when suiterunner was not the official configuration, I set up my phlox
and tpol boxes to do toolkit-based "suiterunner" builds for testing.
They're not needed that much any more, but I decided to just leave them
running as it doesn't do any harm to have them there.

    ps
Are phlox and tinderbox words that mean something special or just
something you have coined along the way?
(Their dictionary definitions don't seem to relate, and obviously I am
    not in any inside loop).
