Every one of those looks as I would expect.

They don't match and there is no reason they should. Though I do have to say
OSX has decided to keep a surprisingly small amount of the httpd children in physical ram.

RSS is not shared RAM, but memory resident -- the rest in is swapped out.

Its actually pretty impressive you didn't loose a single byte on FreeBSD/OSX and only 132btyes on ubuntu.
