    Thank you Bill but I am curious about minix 3...
    (In minix 2 i found it enough easily)

    3.1.2a: It is in the directory Bill mentioned.
    Maybe you don't have sources installed?

    You are both right but i have downloaded the complete source
    collection of 3.1.1 and in file src/ there are all the other
    subdirectories except commands/ (where there is cp)... why? I found
    the cp of minix 3 through SVN and i think is the same with minix2's
    one.. right? Thanks again.

    It most propably is the same, mine has the date 20 Jul 1993 and md5
    checksum:

    * /usr/gnu/bin/md5sum cp.c
    4a69ba5e50921b06c3430aeb6a41b126 cp.c

    Hope this helps.

    I have no idea why it wouldn't be in 3.1.1, 3.1.2a is the first MINIX
    I've used.
