I am having a weird problem. Everytime I try to start program, such as
msconfig, regedit, or a setup from a CD, and a program such as Clarion 5, it
looks as though they are going to start, via a pop-up window, then they fail
to do so.
What could be the possible problem? I have checked for spyware and viruses.
