    I just found this log file with lots of entries like this....

    What is this trying to tell me?
    I havnt a clue.

    That log file would be /tmp/ddebug.log. It's left over from the last
    run of /etc/init.d/harddrake which does ...
    gprintf "Checking for new hardware"
    /usr/share/harddrake/service_harddrake 2>/dev/null
    which is executing a perl script which includes functions from /usr/lib/libDrakX,
    which write to the above file. Take a look at /usr/lib/libDrakX/detect_devices.pm

    All it's telling you, is that harddrake ran at bootup, and didn't find any
    of the shown pcmcia hardware devices present on your system. The file could have
    been deleted at the end of harddrake, as it's never used again, but will be
    recreated the next time it runs (normally, the next reboot).
