    Hmmm, I thought XFree86 was replaced with Xorg windowing service in 2006.
    Guessing you did an upgrade to 2006 instead of a clean install.

    If I recall correctly, then it was already replaced by /X.Org/ in 2005 LE.

    I think you need to be clearer about what you want.
    Are you looking for the contents of the xorg-contrib package?

    the question is clearly stated

    "Is Xfree86 on Mandriva Linux 2007"

    to which a simple answer would be "no, here's a suggested alternative...."
