Coming from the biggest fraud and liar in COLA that's rich.

I'd love to see you back that claim up.

As usual, you'll run and hide behind one of your professors, Roy

Here is a little about flatfarb:

He earns his living flipping burgers at Macdonalds and therefore *eats
nothing but burgers morning noon and night because to do otherwise would
be betraying his corporate masters and therefore hyprcrisy*.

IOW he's a complete dickhead who doesn't understand plain logic and
looks for any kind of perceived point he can use to flog that horse to
    death with.

    Don't be silly, Hadron.

The "liar liar your pants are on fire" chant is childish.

Why don't you explain to the group how to install tuxguitar, or how to
    use Gnus?

Be productive for a change, instead of a jeering fool.

The decency of your responses is like a breath of fresh air on cola.
Thanks. But I'm afraid that Mark and others are giving you good
advice. Hadron is insulting to everyone, so don't take it
personally. Just killfile him. Moshe/flatfish is a master of
disguises, and he or his cohorts are almost certainly behind the
impersonations and anonymous posters who pop up all over the place on
cola. You see he is already impersonating you, and you see his style
in the manner in which he did it. There is nothing he will not stoop
to. Ezekiel plays his sock puppet. DFS acts like a lonely teenager
who needs attention. These people thrive on attention, and IMO it is
    usually best to ignore them.

I've recently suffered a small disability myself. It's minor, but
enough to make me think about what it's like having something more
serious. Let's just say that I've learned some things about attitude
    adjustment.

    Best wishes, N.

I did post the link to how to install Tux. I was called incompetent for
    coming across a documented error.

As for Gnus - that is hard work. There are plenty of resources on the net.

    > Be productive for a change, instead of a jeering fool.

I have been numerous times. Only to be called a Windows Shill by you and
your muckers. So COLA is, for me, somewhere to bring the trolls (sorry,
    "advocates") to justice.

Just for the record, see my other posting about JAIN SLEE, which
describes very well what I'm involved in, and it's all about using open
platforms and how to avoid 3rd-party owned applications, vendor lock-in
    and so on.

therefore must be totally against copyright et al.

No, we don't. Flatfish has been identified as "Gary Stewart" and admitted it
himself in the past. However, as flatfish once also admitted to sharing the
nick with a group of trolly friends it is possible that gary was only one of
the flatfish collaborists. So maybe you're not.

One thing is for sure though. We do not know your name is not Gary.

I have. I actually watched a blind man *installing* SuSE from scratch, and
he succeeded without too many difficulties.
The same feat would have been *impossible* with windows. He also used it
(with text mode apps, naturally) expertly. Again, with windows insistance
on its GUI, the task is a lot more complicated

Right. Hadron Quark, the "true linux advocate", "kernel hacker", "emacs
user", "swapfile expert", "X specialist", "CUPS guru", "USB-disk server
admin", "defragger professional", "newsreader magician", "hardware
maven", "time coordinator", "email sage" and "OSS culling committee
chairman" has very little actual linux knowledge. He appeared 2 years ago
in COLA as the first linux group he posted to (of all the groups!!) and
moaned and bitched about the simplest things.
And suddenly he described himself as a linux pro, still entirely clueless

That "admittance" was a flat out lie.
No group would be able to exhibit certain "strains" of behaviour (the same
ones which give away flatfish all the time) over several years

    He is flatfish Gary Stewart.

I have seen that asshole over the years. He has not changed the tiniest

I do get a warning that the width is over 80, but I have wrap on, but

I don't use pan, sorry. Which editor does it call when you hit reply?
You might be able to do something with the editor line in the pan config,
like pass it the line length via command line switches if pan config itself
doesn't have a line length setting.

    (I use tin)
