You're all over the place with your idiocy:

    "Ubuntu isn't Linux"
    "Fedora is Linux"
"A problem in Fedora may be a Linux problem, or it may be a Fedora problem."
Linux "is my main operating system."
There's a "difference between Linux and a Linux based distribution."

This is why we laugh at you mealy-mouthed Linux advocates.

So now Linux is just the kernel?

But earlier you claimed "Fedora is Linux". And earlier you claimed Linux is
    your "main operating system"?

It's your claim they're not "drowning in suits". So how do you know they're
not? How do you know they didn't settle 50 of them?

Nothing personal. You're a hostile dullard that has to repeat the same
sentence(s) over and over and over because you've been beaten down.
Sometimes you do it 3 or 4 posts in a row.

That's exactly what the crapware victims say. Why would I have to prove
    they're telling the truth?

Now you're claiming Linux crapware never freezes. LMAO!

How about Ubuntu users? Wasn't that the topic?

    > Happy now?

Of course... though I was before, too, contrary to your implication.

You sure like to say how others feel and think. Hmmm... that is another of
    your hypocrisies...

See.. there you go again.. you decide what someone feels or
thinks, and that makes it automatic fact. And, you are
usually wrong. In fact, I can't think of a time when you've
been right. And, while it is probably useless to try to
correct you, I am very comfortable with my actions.

I am happy you are comfortable with you hypocritical "actions"... you are
comfortable with them and I am amused by them. My pointing them out is a
    win-win situation.

Maybe if you were uncomfortable it would not be worth it... after all, I do
    strive to be "nice".

    > did that calm you down.

You act like I get as excited as you do. Your projection is funny... but
you sure do make a lot of typos when you get mad!

To be fair it does exist... but it was not the topic.

    So Fedora Linux isn't Linux?
    What about PCLinuxOS?

Quick call them and tell these various distributions that they are not
    Linux.

Linux sounds like the common but never seen push-me-pull you.
Everyone knows what one is but they can't tell anyone else.

If you really believe that, Rick, why not associate *your personal info*
    with your comments?

    Oh.

You won't. You will, however, tie *my* info to your comments.

You know your words reflect poorly on the people they are associated with -
hence the reason you try to associate your words with me. This is something
your Usenet provider should be made aware of.

Fedora is a distribution with a Linux kernel.

Sounds like you are still clueless.

I rarely use plonk, but I just killfiled (p)Rick for the next long while.
    He's an idiot.

The only other one in my killfile is Snit - 6 months of 'fractured UI'
    obsessiveness was enough.

ha! He can't keep his story straight from one day to the next - which means
he's too dumb to have a story.

    Not any longer..

Only when 700,000,000 use Windows are they all wrong...

I don't have a kill file but I pretty much ignore the flipping, flopping
and "why do you use it..blah blah....stuff".

If he starts actually discussing topics, I'll start replying.

Well, since I have seen anyone named (p)Rick posting, your action was
    useless.

And you refer to DFS as? Poor, poor Rick

It's the old Linux advocate line:

    Linux is the kernel.
    Linux is not the kernel.

Pick the one that fits your argument at the moment.

The problem is that you don't see how in certain connotations, "Linux" is
the kernel, and in others, it is more.
