How do all ?

I have a slight problem,
On an Alpha XL 300 I can the MILO to start loading, but once it gets into
loading milo.ful, I get :

NT firmware Monitor
Press H for help, Q to quit.
** Native D-Stream TB Miss occurred.
PC = 0xffffffff80900600, VA = 0X0000000000e80000

Can anyone shed some light on what this is, and better yet, how to fix it ?
