    A lot of data gets stolen when Windows PCs or servers get hijacked (about 4 in
    10 these days [1]). Consequence, as just seen in the news:

    Exactly. This law is a waste of time. Transgressors will just shrug and
    state they were using the industry standard fully patched mickeysoft
    server crapware.
