  1. Roy Schestowitz

May I be cynical for a bit? I hope you don't mind, but with Roy
Schestowitz's latest barrage of splenetic, disdainful dissertations, I
can't resist the urge to make a few cynical comments. The rest of this
letter is focused exclusively on Roy, not because I harbor any ill-will
towards him but because if it were up to him, schoolchildren would be
taught reading, 'riting, and racism. His hangers-on say, "Roy is
omnipotent." Yes, I'm afraid they really do talk like that. It's the
only way for them to conceal that Roy's grand plan is to ascribe
opinions to me that I don't even hold. I'm sure Mao Tse Tung would
approve. In any case, Roy does, occasionally, make a valid point. But
when he says that we should be grateful for the precious freedom to be
robbed and kicked in the face by such a noble creature as him, that's
where the facts end and the ludicrousness begins.

From secret-handshake societies meeting at "the usual place" to
back-door admissions committees, Roy's thralls have always found a way
to burn Roy's opponents at the stake. Did it ever occur to Roy that
maybe he revels in his unstable campaign to commit all sorts of mortal
sins -- not to mention an uncountable number of venial ones? Dream on. I
have no idea why he makes such a big fuss over commercialism. There are
far more pressing issues that present themselves and that should be
discussed, debated, and solved -- issues such as war, famine, poverty,
and homelessness. There is also the lesser issue that Roy recently went
through a denominationalism phase in which he tried repeatedly to
apotheosize humorless criminal masterminds. In fact, I'm not convinced
that this phase of his has entirely passed. My evidence is that Roy
craves adulation and attendance. Still, I recommend you check out some
of Roy's "compromises" and draw your own conclusions on the matter.

To put a little finer edge on the concept, Roy either is or elects to be
ignorant of scientific principles and methods. He even intentionally
misuses scientific terminology to smear and defame me. For his
tendentious plans to succeed, Roy needs to dumb down our society. An
uninformed populace is easier to control and manipulate than an educated
populace. Before long, schoolchildren will stop being required to learn
the meanings of words like "labyrinthibranchiate" and
"contemporaneousness". They will be incapable of comprehending that Roy
doesn't care about freedom, as he can neither eat it nor put it in the
bank. It's just a word to him.

Roy's cult followers aver that "honor counts for nothing." First off,
that's a lousy sentence. If they had written instead that it would be a
work of supererogation to analyze Roy's crotchets in the manner of
sociological studies of mass communication and persuasion at a time when
every week there transpires news of chthonic cadgers following Roy's
orders to prey on people's fear of political and economic instability
then that quote would have had more validity. As it stands, he has
stated that lubricious, cankered brigands aren't ever fork-tongued. One
clear inference from that statement -- an inference that is never really
disavowed -- is that we have no reason to be fearful about the
criminally violent trends in our society today and over the past ten to
fifteen years. Now that's just inconsiderate.

Almost everyone will wholeheartedly agree that as sure as a bear does
you-know-what in the woods, Roy will impact public policy for years to
come sooner than you think, but if we are powerless to fight the good
fight, it is because we have allowed Roy to saddle the economy with
crippling debt. I was thinking about how his trucklers are delighted
with the potential for violent confrontation. And then it hit me. Roy's
buddies can't defend their claims. If that fact hurts, get over it; it's
called reality. And for another dose of reality, consider that if we
take Roy's morals to their logical conclusion, we see that sometime
soon, Roy will fund a vast web of morally crippled loan sharks, pushy,
incoherent marauders, and namby-pamby, shameless pudibund-types.
Finally, this has been a good deal of reading, and obviously difficult
reading at that. Still, I hope you walk away from it with the new
knowledge that Roy Schestowitz's bootlickers don't see the social chaos
that will be unleashed if they get their way and impose a narrow
    theological agenda on secular society.

Actually, it's not so obvious to me, other than the content.

All the headers look right. Including the PGP key and version of slrn.

It looks more like Mark let someone use his account.

Good old Willy Poaster - always first to comment on headers and
filters. What a complete and utter small minded jobs worth he must be in

I took a quick look and it seems legit to me....
Nobody really cares though because Mark Kent has been exposed as a grade A
hypocrite who uses IP by day and slams IP by night.

I don't think anyone in this group is a bigger phony than Mark Kent is

Oh, well, the trolls need to give it legitimacy. It's also they have the thing
