Typical Linux nut, ultra left wing BS.

Hint: You don't need a body to convict for murder.

So, Jury of 12 men good and true wrong - COLA right.

    "Only in COLA"

    Unbelievable.

And note to murderers : just mince up the body and feed it to the
pigs. COLA will give your refuge.

Debian's default file system is ext3. Debian offers ReiserFS for
those who particularly want to use it because it suits their
application better, etc. The majority of users with no special data
requirements would have just accepted using the 'general purpose' ext3
    file system.

To say that Debian is becoming 'broken' because of the cloud over
    ReiserFS is quite misleading.

To imply that such behaviour is 'typical' of the open source community
is similarly misleading - such a tragic incident could touch on any
company or organisation. For example there were two suicides a few
years ago relating to a propietary software holding company which were
'fallout' from the actions of an unscrupulous person who is still
    alive today.

nice justice system you've got there.

whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty? innocent until
presumed guilty is not quite the same thing.

    ... in your opinion.

And, BTW, why would Reiser feel guilty about a a wife that has (in his
stated opinion) screwed him over in many ways, including having affairs,
    and then gone missing?

Funny that no matter what is said, *everyone* else is wrong & Quack is
the only one right. He can't read headers, which is hardly surprising, as
in a *lot* of cases he can't understand what was posted in plain English!

That's not the only thing he claimed, Timmy. Why should I comment on
    that entirely uncontroversial claim?

I chose to focus on what he said about Roy, and, for clarity, trimmed
    the post accordingly. Understand?

You don't really know anything and nor do I. What little we
can know doesn't really bode well for the issue of fairness.

Oddly enough, you are actually doing the rest of us a big
favor with this sort of hyperbole. It makes it very easy for
us to rightly conclude that you have nothing worth saying.

    ...just another sad troll.

This would hardly be the first time that the general public
has called into question a jury verdict. It's actually quite
fashionable these days. There are entirely quasi-popular movements
based off of second guessing jurors.

Rather redundant. The Quack troll has been doing that as long as he's
been here, with statements like "ignoring posts is censorship" and
    "advocates think Linux is perfect".

It only takes ONE statement like that from someone to prove beyond any
doubt that they are a dishonest fsckwit, worthy only of the Bozo bin.

Actually, I do know that he had a trial, that he had legal
representation at that trial, and that I have no reason to believe that he
    has been treated unfairly.

Let him keep digging himself a hole. He has most of his foot in his
mouth already. It's pretty difficult to top his attempted
exploitation of a murder case for the cause of denigrating an operating
    system.

By the way, I don't think he is paid. No one would pay for such a
    shabby job.

Indeed. That applies to most all the Wintrolls in here, really. They
are such transparent liars, constantly taking the *obviously* wrong
    side of the issues...

They get paid for the post, not the quality. As long as they disrupt
things, their task masters don't care.
