It's simply more proprietary software packages competing with the number one
proprietary software package. Looks like proprietary tax software is
stronger than ever.
Now Intuit is concerned about maintaining its foothold in the accounting
software market against rivals Microsoft (nasdaq: MSFT)'s Office Accounting
and Sage's Peachtree.
