and whether the lawyers believe SCO could pay their bill. If they are
confident that SCO can in fact pay their extended bill then they are likely
to vote for apealing whether they believe SCO stands a cat in hells chance
or not.

That's lawyers for you, not afraid of a fight, so long as there is a large
pay check in it for them whether they win or lose.
