When I installed cygwin (following instructions at
http://www.cs.usask.ca/grads/wew036/latex/xfig.html) and try to use
startx, a blank window pops up and then disappears. Here is the error

I am little bit surprised to see the message that "fvwm2: not found",
since I already put the .fvwm2rc file in the home directory. Do I need
to install some
particular package for this?
